PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide camera mounting structure capable of properly and flexibly coping with an increase of a demand of an in-vehicle camera. SOLUTION: Provided is camera mounting structure for mounting an in-vehicle camera, which comprises an imaging module having a lens and an imaging element in a vehicle, and in an exterior panel component 30 constituting the exterior of the vehicle, a bracket 32 for installing the imaging module at an exterior panel is molded integrally with the exterior panel component 30 as one part of the exterior panel component 30.
