PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drunken driving preventive device capable of suppressing any straw man with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The drunken driving preventive device comprises a portable alcohol detector 12, and a control unit for controlling a vehicle based on the result of detection of the alcohol content to be input from the alcohol detector 12. A light emission unit 15 is provided on the alcohol detector 12, and a right camera 17 and a left camera 18 are provided before a driver's seat. When the breath is blown into the alcohol detector 12, the control unit determines that it is the alcohol detection by a driver D if the light emission unit 15 is present in a predetermined range of an image picked up by the right camera 17 and the left camera 18, and controls the vehicle based on the result of detection of the alcohol content input from the alcohol detector 12. The control unit determines that it is not the alcohol detection by the driver D if the light emission unit 15 is not present in the predetermined range of the image picked up by the right camera 17 and the left camera 18, and regulates the driving of the vehicle.
