PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle efficiently feeding, into a vehicle, conditioned air blown out from a blowing port. SOLUTION: In the railway vehicle 1, the blowing ports 20A, 20B for blowing out conditioned air CA from an air conditioner 60 into the vehicle and a return port 30 for sucking air in the vehicle are formed on a ceiling. The blowing part 51A formed with the blowing port 20A positioned so as to be aligned with the return port 30 has a blowing means 56 for blowing out the conditioned air CA fed from the air conditioner 60 in a direction leaving from the return port 30.
