PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in low-temperature fixability and conformability to a solid image and having further improved charging property, even when a negative charge type charge control agent comprising a condensation polymer of phenols and aldehydes is used. SOLUTION: The toner includes at least a binder resin and a condensation polymer obtained by a condensation polymerization reaction of specific phenols with specific aldehydes as a negative charge type charge control agent, wherein the binder resin includes a polyester (A) which is a condensation polymer of an alkylene oxide adduct of bisphenol A and an aromatic carboxylic acid compound, and a polyester (B) which is a condensation polymer of an aliphatic diol and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid compound, the content of the polyester (B) in the binder resin being 3-40 wt.%.
