PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe member which is obtained by arcuately bending a pipe body having screw shapes at both ends, prevents damage of the pipe member and component members such as nuts fastening the same when connected to a pipe, and water leakage of the pipe member after being jointed, and prevents degradation of a draining flow rate when used, and to provide a pipe member molding method. SOLUTION: The pipe member is obtained by arcuately bending the pipe body, and has the screw shapes on external peripheral surfaces of the ends 1 thereof, and smooth surfaces on internal peripheral surfaces of the ends 1, respectively. Further an internal peripheral surface of a curved portion 2 of the pipe body has almost the same form as an external peripheral form as viewed in a pipe axial direction. The pipe molding method for molding the interior of an arcuate portion of the pipe member is carried out by dividing the pipe body into a plurality of sections along planes perpendicular to an axis of the pipe body, and constituting a connection portion between a divided section and basic core portions of a movable core portion connected by a movable axis.
