It is a permeable film containing a matrix resin and crosslinked regenerated collagen powders, wherein a communication degree of the regenerated collagen powders in the matrix resin is from 1 to 95%. The permeable film is constituted such that collagen powders composed of crosslinked regenerated collagen are dispersed in a matrix resin and the collagen powders are in contact with one another and communicate from one surface to the other surface of the film, and therefore, the permeable film exhibits high permeability.
