<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bind wire binding and fixing a low-voltage wire, installed on an electric pole erected on streets in various shapes, on a low-voltage insulator less prone to slack. <P>SOLUTION: A low-voltage insulator 301 supports a low-voltage wire 202 by the concave outer circumferential surface thereof. A low-voltage rack 101 is comprised of: a first arm 102a and a second arm 102b that support both ends of the low-voltage insulator at the axial center 103 thereof and a connecting member 102c connecting them together. The first arm 102a has a first abutment area 102ab abutted against an electric pole 201 along the direction of the length of the electric pole 201. The connecting member 102c has a second abutment area 102cb non-perpendicular to the first abutment area 102ab. On a straight street, the first abutment area 102ab is abutted against an electric pole 201 when the low-voltage rack 101 is installed on the electric pole 201.
