<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device with a comparatively low profile instead of the presence of an attaching area for a medical device polymeric component. <P>SOLUTION: The medical device includes a medical device metallic substrate component 310 with perforations 340 therethrough and a medical device polymeric component 320 abutting a thin metallic film component. The medical device also includes a polymeric sleeve 330 covering the perforations and at least a portion of the polymeric component abutting the metallic substrate component.
