PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire capable of compatibly enhancing the low rolling resistance and the strength thereof. SOLUTION: The tire has a side wall, a case and an inner liner. The side wall (A) consists of rubber composition for the side wall containing 20-45 pts.wt. (A2) filler to 100 pts.wt. specified rubber component (A1). The case (B) is covered by rubber composition for covering a case cord containing 20-45 pts.wt. (B2) filler to 100 pts.wt. specified rubber component (B1). The inner liner (C) consists of rubber composition for the inner liner containing 15-45 pts.wt. carbon black (C2) of nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 20-45m<SP>2</SP>/g to 100 pts.wt. rubber component containing 35-80 wt.% (C1) butyl-based rubber.
