PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a piezoelectric vibrator, with which a piezoelectric vibrator having high vibration property can be manufactured. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the piezoelectric vibrator, including a container of which the inside is sealed and a piezoelectric vibrating element provided within the container, comprises: a joined body forming step of forming a joined body by bonding part of the piezoelectric vibrating element to an intermediate member; a frequency adjusting step of performing a frequency adjustment upon the piezoelectric vibrating element after the joined body forming step; a joined body disposing step of disposing the joined body within the container after the frequency adjusting step; and a sealing step of sealing the inside of the container after the joined body disposing step.
