PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device for an automobile improved in waterproofness. SOLUTION: This electronic device has a case 3, a substrate 1 fixed to the case 3 inside, a cover 6 which is fixed to the case 3 and constitutes a cabinet, and a connector 2 which has a lead terminal connected to a wiring formed in the substrate 1, and which is positioned at an opening part of the cabinet. It is adhered and fixed by an adhesive 7A between an outer periphery of a connector 2 and an inner periphery of the case 3, and between the outer periphery of the connector 2 and the inner periphery of the cover 6. Furthermore, this is equipped with a protruding part 31 which is installed at the case at a position different from an adhered part by the adhesive 7A, and protruded toward the outer periphery of the connector 2 from the inner peripheral side of the case 3.
