CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND LINING STRUCTURE FOR PROVIDING PERMANENT MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY WITH DEGASSING PATH, AND OPERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method and a lining structure of a degassing path capable of preventing a work unfired brick from being damaged by forming a degassing path for binder volatile matter between the work brick and a shell, and to provide its operation method. SOLUTION: In this construction method and the lining structure for providing the permanent monolithic refractory with the degassing path, the degassing path 7 as collection of fibrous members having a number of voids, is disposed between the work unfired brick 3 and the shell 1 where the permanent monolithic refractory is constructed, thus the advance damage starting from joint portions and intersections of the joint portions caused by the binder volatile matters of the work unfired brick can be prevented.
