PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an improved bag-shaped container comprised of a synthetic resin layer and a sealant layer in which a shape of molded part at a pouring-out part and a self-standing characteristic of a pouch can be maintained even if the sealant layer having high softness and a superior anti-shock characteristic is used, and further a thickness of the sealant layer can be made thin. SOLUTION: This bag-shaped container is characterized in that an aliphatic polyester resin layer having a dead-holding characteristic and derived from an oxy-carbonic acid is arranged at either an intermediate layer between an outer layer of a synthetic resin layer and an inner layer of a synthetic resin sealant layer or the outer-most layer.
