STERILIZATION METHOD FOR CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method for a container capable of reducing the concentration of hydrogen peroxide remaining in the container and which is enhanced in sterilization capacity against peracetic acid resistant bacteria. SOLUTION: The sterilization method includes a sterilization process to sterilize the inner face of the container at least by feeding a peracetic acid type germicide containing hydrogen peroxide, a hydrogen peroxide concentration reducing process to reduce the concentration of hydrogen peroxide remaining at least in the container in the sterilization process and a rinsing process to wash away the peracetic acid type germicide at least in the container by feeding sterile water.
