PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet for forming a surface protective layer which has satisfactory wear resistance and surface hardness and is excellent in the followup ability to a curved shape, tackiness and adhesiveness. SOLUTION: The transfer sheet is prepared by laminating a release sheet, a protective layer formed from an active energy ray curable resin composition, a primer layer and an adhesive layer in the order, wherein the active energy ray curable resin composition includes an organic-inorganic complex resin composition comprising: a (co)polymer (A) which has side chains with photopolymerization functional groups and has a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 to 1,000,000; and silica sol and/or silicate (B), and the primer layer includes polyester resin.
