PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which is to be pasted onto a wooden base material, can impart moisture resistance to the wooden base material and can be supplied at a low cost, while the moisture permeability of the sheet is kept at a level which is zero or extremely close to zero, and also, to facilitate the disposal of a decorative plate which is obtained by pasting the decorative sheet, and further, a crack or the like on the design surface originated from expansion and contraction of the wooden base material is prevented from occurring as much as possible. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet 1 constitutes the decorative plate P by being pasted to the wooden base material 2.
