PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and manufacturing cost of a scroll compressor, and to reduce assembly man-hours therefor. SOLUTION: In the scroll compressor 10, a round shape hollow part 60 opposing to a separation chamber 62 of a rear housing 14 is formed on a back surface 22a of a fixed scroll 22 meshing with a movable scroll, and an oil separating pipe 52 including a tube part 66 and a flange part 68 is installed to the round shape hollow part 60. The oil separating pipe 52 is inserted in the separation chamber 62 at the tube part 66 when the fixed scroll 22 and the rear housing 14 are assembled via a gasket, and is retained with the flange part 68 gripped between the fixed scroll 22 and the rear housing 14.
