摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a frequency deviation of a damper by enhancing rigidity of a damper mounting stay. SOLUTION: A damper mounting stay 36 is provided at a body connecting part 22 of a rod body 16. The body connecting part 22 is formed to have an almost U-shaped cross-section while its upper face part 22C is formed unsymmetrically so as to expand projectingly toward one side in the width direction. The stay 36 is provided with a reinforcing wall part 54 erected from the side edge part of a body plate part 52 extending while intersecting with the body connecting part 22. The reinforcing wall part is composed of three reinforcing wall parts of: a first reinforcing wall part 54A and a second reinforcing wall part 54B in the side edge part 52A on the side of a first cylindrical part; and a third reinforcing wall part 54C in the side edge part 52B on the side of a second cylindrical part. At the side edge part 52A on the side of the first cylindrical part, three sides of the first reinforcing wall part 54A, the second reinforcing wall part 54B, and a first side-edge-part portion 52A1 therebetween are welded to the body connecting part 22. In the side edge part 52B on side of the second cylindrical part, two sides of the third reinforcing wall part 52C and a second side-edge-part portion 52B2 are welded to the body connecting part 22.
