<p>A technique for properly distributing the load on the destination device of communication data is provided. A message output server (130) functioning as a load distribution device comprises a load state holding unit (174) holding a database in which respective load states of devices having the same function are stored, a message output control circuit (171) for, when the destination device of acquired communication data is a device whose load state is stored in the load state holding unit (174), reading the respective load states of the devices having the same function as the device from the load state holding unit (174) and determining a destination device of the communication data depending on the respective load states, and a message output port (173) for transmitting the communication data to the determined destination device.</p> |
