<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying device and a spraying material used in it reducing labor of work by carrying out smoothing of a spraying face at the same time as spraying and eliminating manual finishing, and capable of shortening an overall time necessary for finishing. <P>SOLUTION: The spraying device is substantially composed of an arm 4 with a spraying nozzle 2 and a smoothing device 1 attached to tips, an elevating lifter 5 installed on a base frame 6 with a rectangular shape as seen from above and elevating the arm 4, a turning device 7 horizontally turning the base frame 6, and four support legs 9 arranged radially as seen from above and supporting the turning device 7. The smoothing device 1 is composed of a rotating blade 11 using a shaft substantially horizontal with a furnace wall face as a rotary shaft 13, and a drive motor 12 driving the rotary shaft 13 via a belt 14.
