<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a soft-magnetic metal-foil by which the productivity of the soft-magnetic metal-foil is improved in comparison with the conventional method for manufacturing soft-magnetic metal-foil. <P>SOLUTION: In a third annealing process (magnetism annealing process) P6, the soft-magnetic metal-foil 10 is heated at the temperature of 700-1,100°C for 10-65 sec, and then, since the magnetism characteristic of the soft-magnetic metal-foil 10 can be improved in shorter heating time than the heating time in the conventional third annealing process (magnetism annealing process) P6, the productivity of the soft-magnetic metal-foil 10 can be improved in comparison with the conventional method for manufacturing soft-magnetic metal-foil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
