<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mixing suitable for producing a carbon dioxide-containing soft jelly-like drink packed in a hermetic container, of a type of drinking through shaking the hermetic container several times to crush jelly followed by releasing from the container, or inserting a straw into the container to suck jelly, and to provide a production method of the drink. <P>SOLUTION: This carbon dioxide-containing soft jelly-like drink is obtained by mixing a use of kappa carrageenan of ≥0.001% (w/v) and <0.035% (w/v), and a total use of a gelling agent of <0.3% (w/v) with a drink raw material liquid, including carbon dioxide in the mixed liquid to obtain a carbon dioxide-containing mixed liquid after filling in a container, heat-treating the mixed liquid at 70°C-80°C for 10 min-20 min so as to melt a gelling agent, and mixing and homogenizing the mixed liquid in which a gelling agent melts after cooling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
