PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire improved in crack resistant performance, while maintaining eccentric abrasion resistant performance in an edge part of a tread land part. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire 1 has a plurality of circumferential main grooves 3 extending in the tire circumferential direction and a plurality of land parts 4 formed in the circumferential main grooves 3 in a tread 2, and a plurality of multi-sipes 5 are provided along the tire circumferential direction in edge parts 41 of the land parts 4. The tread 2 is structured of a tread body rubber material 6 at least exhibiting a wheel tread of the land part 4 and a crack resistant rubber material 7 arranged in the land part 4 on a tire widthwise side so as to surround the multi-sipes 5 and formed from a rubber material having an elongation after fracture higher than that of the tread body rubber material 6.
