PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having a variable display device for variably displaying a plurality of kinds of symbols according to the game state, capable of significantly enhancing the amusement of the play by varying the content of presentation developed in the variable display device by detecting the position of a player. SOLUTION: The Pachinko machine 1 has distance measuring sensors 40 capable of detecting the position of the player at four corners of a game board 2. The content of presentation developed in a display part 13a of a special symbol display device 13 is varied based on the position of the player detected by the distance measuring sensors 40.
