PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the amusement of the play by using a large electronic display and permitting novel presentation by harmonizing the electronic display with frame-like ornament members to appear/retract on the front face of the electronic display. SOLUTION: The game machine includes a pair of frame-like ornament members 39 and 42 to appear/retract on the front face of the electronic display 12 by operating an electric actuator 51; an image control circuit 203 for controlling the display of the electronic display; and a device control circuit 204 for controlling the electric actuator. Symbols are variably displayed in the electronic display, and after that, when jackpot symbols are displayed when the variation is stopped, a privilege is given to a player. When a specific condition is satisfied, the frame-like ornament members appear and the frame-like ornament members are joined to each other. Then, an advance notice announcing that a jackpot will be made is displayed in a part surrounded by the joined frame-like ornament members.
