<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling device for filling paste-like material, in particular, a high-viscosity paste-like material. <P>SOLUTION: This filling device for filling paste-like material comprises a storage container 10, storing a paste-like material M and having a through-pass hole 25 into which a syringe 30 is fitted; a syringe fixing means (a fixing member 40), arranged between the inner wall of the through-pass hole and the syringe kept at its open state, under a normal state and changed over to a fixed state under a predetermined pressure-reduced environment; a vacuum chamber 50, capable of having its inner pressure reduced and of storing the storage container and the syringe; and a pressurization supplying means 55 for supplying the material via the through-pass hole by pressurizing the material within the storage container inside the vacuum chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
