发明名称 FRICTION SPOT JOINING METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction spot joining method capable of enhancing the spot joining strength in the solid phase state of a steel member, and a light metal member, and surely assuring the corrosion resistance against the contact corrosion of a joint part. SOLUTION: A Zn-Fe alloy plated steel sheet 19, and an aluminum alloy sheet 17 are superposed on each other via an adhesive layer 20 interposed therebetween. The adhesive layer 20 is then heated and after the adhesive layer 20 attains the temperature at which its viscosity lowers, the joint part of the aluminum alloy sheet 17 is pressed to the Zn-Fe alloy plated steel sheet 19 side while a rotary tool 7 is kept rotated, and the adhesive layer 21 in the lowered state of the viscosity is extruded to the outer peripheral side of the joint part by pressing of the rotary tool 7.
