PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform of the time to stop to prevent interruption in the recording of music when a link incapable of receiving broadcast is present ahead of a guidance route. SOLUTION: Link data in road data used for a route search contain, in the attribute information of each link, the data of a broadcasting station which can be received for every link. A navigation device 1 is provided with: a broadcast receiving part (radio broadcast receiving part 11) for receiving broadcast; and a storage part (hard disk part 14) for recording music contents of the received broadcast. When recording, on the hard disk 14, the music contents under reception by the broadcast receiving part while a route is being guided, a navigation control part 20 refers to the road data, and, if a link incapable of receiving the broadcast under the reception is present in the links ahead of the route under guidance, it calculates and informs of the time to stop on the route.
