PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibrations of a crank device, and to improve its quietness further. SOLUTION: A planetary gear member 103 rotates on its own axis and revolves on its track in the crank device 100, when the crank member 104 is rotated. An operating section 147 is linearly reciprocated along a straight line L, and a movement member 200 mounted on the operating section 147 is linearly reciprocated along the straight line L. In the crank device 100, centrifugal force acting on the planetary gear member 103 is balanced, and moment of the centrifugal force acted on an arbitrary location of a rotary shaft c2 of the planetary gear member 103 is also balanced. Further, centrifugal force acting on the crank member 104 is balanced, and moment of the centrifugal force acting on an arbitrary location of a rotary shaft c1 of the crank member 104 is also balanced.
