PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when a man discharges urine into a Western-style toilet in an erection state on awakening, the urine scatters on an edge of the toilet bowl, which has made the family he lives with feel unpleasant. SOLUTION: The device prevents an edge of a toilet bowl from splashing when discharging urine in a standing position at the Western-style toilet.
