PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer of a recycling plant, preventing adhesion and deposition of asphalt waste material by more surely and forcedly removing asphalt waste material adhering to a flight to restrain lowering of heating efficiency. SOLUTION: This dryer of a recycling plant includes: a rotating shaft 20 provided on the inner wall surface of a drum 2 in direction not parallel to the rotation axis of the drum 2; the flight 10, one end of which is pivoted to the rotating shaft 20; and stoppers 23, 24 for regulating the rotating range of the flight 10, wherein with the rotation of the drum 2, the flight 10 is revolved right over to rise, and when the flight 10 starts to descend and rotates at a stroke, the flight 10 collides with the stopper 24, and the asphalt waste material R adhering to the flight 10 is separated from the surface of the flight 10 and fallen by the impact force at that time.
