PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen liquid analyzer suitable for reducing a measurement error caused by a temperature. SOLUTION: This analyzer includes a sensor head 30 having measuring sensors 31a, 31b capable of irradiating laser light to a measuring part 200a of a microchip 200 held by a chip holding part 26 on a measuring rotation angle position and receiving its transmitted light, a temperature sensor 55 provided on the sensor head 30, and a temperature adjusting device 4 for adjusting the temperature of the periphery of the chip holding part 26 and the sensor head 30 based on a measurement result by the temperature sensor 55.
