PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide load-carrying platform structure for a vehicle capable of carrying out reduction of air resistance by covering one part or a whole of an upper part of a load-carrying platform without narrowing a loading space of the load-carrying platform. SOLUTION: The load-carrying platform structure for a pickup truck 1 is equipped with a tail gate 6, a tonneau cover 60, a cover winder 32, a cover storage part 30, and a guide rail 8. The tail gate 6 is raised along a vehicle width direction in a rear part of the load-carrying platform 2 and it partitions the rear of the load-carrying platform 2. The tonneau cover 60 has resilience. The cover winder 32 in provided in an interior of the tail gate 6 and it winds the tonneau cover 60 such that it can be freely drawn out. The cover storage part 30 is provided between an upper end of he tail gate 6 and the cover winder 32 and it allows movement of the tonneau cover 60 drawn out from the cover winder 32. The guide rail 8 retains the tonneau cover 60 led out from an upper end of the cover storage part 30 to a vehicle front side in a predetermined position covering at least a rear upper part of the load-carrying platform 2.
