PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for making a box which is surely made a box which is surely made even if it is a one-touch carton with a hook-shaped structure. SOLUTION: It is characterized that the one-touch carton 1 with a hook shaped structure is surely rocked by drawing out the first side face 5 on the front side of the one-touch carton 1 folded under absorbing a vacuum pat 20c for making the box, after making the bottom face of the carton to be a square shape (a rectangular), by making the second side face 6 to be along a curved surface of a fixing guide 15 for making the box, by surely pushing it by the base box making guide 40b and the upper box making guide 50b to the base and the upper part of the second side, and by rocking for the one-touch carton 1 with a hook shaped structure is surely executed.
