PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide taxidermy and a stuffed specimen manufactured thereby which eliminates unpleasantness from people who become aware of a stuffed specimen and which serves as a decorative interior object in a restaurant, a beauty salon, a clothing related shop, and the like. SOLUTION: The taxidermy is characterized in that a stuffed specimen is manufactured by a hair processing step 1 for changing hair color and hair quality through staining 1a, bleaching 1b, a permanent 1c, etc., on the body hair of the stuffed specimen, by a body decorating step 2 for adorning the face and the body of the stuffed specimen, and by a frame mounting step 3 for fixing the stuffed specimen on an ornamental frame.
