PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid work executed by a transporter or the like from becoming more complicated when a notice sheet showing notice information given to a recipient is forwarded through the transporter. SOLUTION: This notice sheet has a peelably pasted constitution of: a piece of paper 10, which has a display part 11 of recipient's address information with recipient's address information written thereon and a display part 12 of notice information with a password serving as notice information written thereon; and a piece of paper 20, which has a display part 21 of transporter's address information with transporter's address information 21a written thereon and an information concealing part 22 for concealing the password written in the display part 12 of notice information. The display part 21 of transporter's address information and the information concealing part 22 can be separated from each other, and the recipient's address information is concealed by the display part 21 of transporter's address information.
