PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a continuous discharge type multiorifice inkjet device having high reliability, high maintainability and high stability by providing basic structure achieving facilitation of disassembly, assembly and cleaning for securing high reliability and maintainability, and obtaining multiorifice constitution capable of achieving uniform excitation and uniform droplet formation owing to the uniform excitation stably not only in terms of position but also in terms of lapse of time. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet forming device has such constitution that a second housing having an excitation means constituted therein is separated from a first housing having a liquid chamber and an orifice port formed therein through a diaphragm, and a plurality of bar-like resonance members are arranged on a surface of the diaphragm on an opposite side to the liquid chamber, and also a piezoelectric element is installed at the upper end of the resonance member for every resonance member, so as to input an optional input value in every resonance member.
