PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a conventional book cover is provided mainly for protecting a book from soiling and external damage without having a function of improving the reading efficiency when reading. SOLUTION: A front cover part and a rear cover part of the book cover are provided with finger hook implements respectively, and the right and left third and fourth fingers are hooked to them to stabilize a book supporting state. The book is thereby prevented from being suddenly closed or falling during reading, and certainty in turning pages when shifting to the next page from the page finished reading to improve the reading efficiency.
