PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory device suppressing radiation of electromagnetic waves without deforming a DLL clock required in high-speed operation of the semiconductor memory device. SOLUTION: The semiconductor memory device includes: a DLL circuit for outputting a DLL clock having a frequency within a fixed delay range by changing a phase when detecting an electromagnetic interference by receiving a system clock; and a data output circuit for outputting data in response to the DLL clock.
