<p>The method for manufacturing a combination bonding device, comprises mounting geometrical recesses in defined dimensions and distances in a double-sided self-adhesive device and producing an article covered with a release liner, which is filled with a filling adhesive. The recesses in the self-adhesive device are completely variable with respect to its lengths, widths and positions or fixed in different dimensions and distances, and are produced by stamping or by laser cuttings. The self-adhesives are common and well-known commercial self-adhesives. The filling adhesives are compatible with the self-adhesives of the bonding device and the desired characteristics of one of the two kinds of adhesive are not affected negatively by the direct contact with a second kind of adhesive. The recesses are filled by manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic dosage. An independent claim is included for a combination bonding device.</p> |
