MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR REINFORCED RUBBER-HOSE

Disclosed is a reinforced rubber-hose manufacturing method using an inner mold (40) having such corrugations on its outer surface as correspond to a bellows shape, and an outer mold (50) having such corrugations on its inner surface as correspond to a bellows shape. An airbag (30) shaped in advance at least partially to have bellows is arranged on the outer side of the inner mold (40), and at least the corrugated portions are covered with the airbag (30). A cylindrical preform (20) made of unvulcanized rubber and a reinforcing agent is arranged on the outer side of the airbag (30), and the outer mold (50) is arranged on the outer side of the preform (20). A pressurizing fluid is fed between the inner mold (40) and the airbag (30), thereby to inflate the airbag (30), and the preform (20) is heated and vulcanized while being applied to the inner surface of the outer mold (50), so that the reinforced rubber-hose is manufactured. Thus, the manual work needing skills is eliminated to reduce the manufacturing cost and to improve the production efficiency, so that the reinforced rubber-hose (10) manufactured has the bellows shape of an excellent size precision.
