PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition which is relatively transparent or translucent, has a sufficiently saturated color, and can be utilized. SOLUTION: The present disclosure relates to a composition containing at least one of composite pigment particles, is characterized in that the particles contain inorganic cores at least partially coated with at least one organic coloring substance; that the at least partially coated inorganic cores exist in an amount sufficient for such a range that the saturation C*of the composition is preferably 25 to 100; and that the composition preferably has covering power in a range of 1 to 25.
