CONSTRAINING GREEN SHEET AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MULTILAYER CERAMIC SUBSTRATE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing multilayer ceramic substrate.

SOLUTION: A hard-to-sinter constraining green sheet is provided which is arranged on at least one of the upper and lower faces of a non-sintered multilayer ceramic substrate. It includes a first constraining layer having a face arranged on the multilayer ceramic substrate and containing first organic binder and first inorganic powder spherically shaped or spherically shaped similarly thereto, and a second constraining layer bonded to the upper face of the first constraining layer, and containing second organic binder and second inorganic powder flake-shaped and having lower powder filling density than the first constraining layer has. Moreover, the method of manufacturing multilayer ceramic substrate using the same is provided.
