PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhering film having a primer layer excellent in the adhesiveness in various sorts of processing and also in the resistance against hot water without using a bridging agent such as melamine resin involving a risk of contaminating the environment. SOLUTION: The easily adhering film is structured so that a resin layer containing polyester resin A and polyester resin B and free of melamine as a bridging agent is formed at least on one side of its base material, wherein A and B have acid number of 10-80 mgKOH/g, and the glass transition temperature Tga of A is -30 to 50°C, while that of B, Tgb, is 60-90°C, characterized by that they meet the conditions of formulae (1) and (2); 30≤ΔTg≤100 (1) 1≤A/B≤4 (2) whereΔTg=Tgb-Tga, and A/B represents the mass ratio of A to B which the resin layer contains.
