<p>A piezoelectric actuator (8) comprises a stacked piezoelectric element (14) having elastic layers (14a) and electrode layers (14b) alternately stacked, a drive axis (15), one end of which is fixed to the piezoelectric element (14), and a movable body frictionally engaged to the drive axis (15). In the piezoelectric actuator (8), a collar (17) is bonded, using an adhesive agent (G) having a partially different Young's modulus, to the peripheries of a plurality of the elastic layers (14a) of the piezoelectric actuator (8) or is partially bonded using the adhesive agent (G) so as not to be bonded to a part of the respective peripheries of the elastic layers (14a). Consequently, if the binding force of the collar (17) to the elastic layers (14a) is made unbalanced when viewed from the cross-sectional center of the piezoelectric element (14), it is possible to slightly move the movable body by elongating and contracting, and thus deforming the piezoelectric element (14) in an unbalance manner and tilting the drive axis (15).</p> |
