<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable assembly in which disconnection prevention resistance is improved at the time when a tensile stress is applied on a bundled portion in a state the terminal part in the vicinity of a connector is bent. <P>SOLUTION: This is the cable assembly in which the terminals of a plurality of electric wires are arranged in a row along the width direction of a connector and are connected to the connector, and which has a bundled portion at which the plurality of electric wires are bundled.
