<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fiber-packed bag and a thermal insulation material bag, wherein inorganic fibers are sealed into a bag-shape for preventing the fine inorganic fibers from scattering, prickliness to human skin, or the like in their handling such as cutting or slitting, thus excellent in scattering prevention property and handleability. <P>SOLUTION: The bag is such that a nonwoven fabric bag is packed with a mat including inorganic fiber layers, wherein the nonwoven fabric is 10-100 g/m<SP>2</SP>in basis weight and 1 cc/cm<SP>2</SP>/s or greater in air permeability, being a laminated nonwoven fabric formed of a layer of an extrafine fiber of 0.1-7 μm in fiber diameter and a layer of a fiber of 10-30 μm in fiber diameter. In this inorganic fiber-packed bag, the end of the nonwoven fabric bag is sealed at a bond strength of 1 N/25 mm or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
