摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source module increasing connection strength of a conductive member and an electrode. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a battery pack 12 formed by electrically connecting a plurality of square batteries 111 through a bus bar 113, a through-hole part 112a is formed in a positive electrode 112 of the square battery 111, and a tapered projection part 113a to be inserted into the through-hole part 112a is formed in the bus bar 113. The positive electrode 112 is made with a material having a coefficient of thermal expansion higher than that of the bus bar 113. When the projection part 113a is inserted into the through-hole part 112a, ultrasonic vibration is applied to the tapered surface of the projection part 113a and the contact portion of the through-hole part 112a. When the positive electrode 112 heated by ultrasonic vibration is natural-cooled, the projection part 113 is firmly fixed to the through-hole part 112a by shrinkage effect.
