PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, lightweight high-frequency composite part which has a simple circuit structure excellent in the insertion loss of a transmitting signal with low power consumption. SOLUTION: The high-frequency composite part has a transmission signal control means equipped with a first phase-shifting circuit and a high-frequency amplifier between an antenna and a transmitting circuit. The high-frequency amplifier and the first phase-shifting circuit are integrated in a module constituted by a plurality of dielectric layers, and the high frequency amplifier is equipped with an amplifier circuit including a transistor, an input-matching circuit connected to the input terminal of the amplifier circuit, and an output-matching circuit connected to the output terminal of the amplifier circuit. Each of the input-matching circuit and the output-matching circuit comprises a capacitor and an inductor, the transistor of the amplifier circuit is mounted onto a multi-layered module, the inductors are formed within the multi-layered module as distributed constant lines, and the capacitor is formed by capacitor electrodes opposing via a dielectric layer inside the multi-layered module.
