PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch sheet that exhibits excellent handleability and hardly forms wrinkles when applied. SOLUTION: The patch sheet 1A comprises a support 2A, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3A and a release sheet 4A laminated in this order, where the release sheet 4A is divided into a small first release sheet 41A and a large second release sheet 42A by a cut line L1 and the cut line L1 is formed so as to be convex only from the second release sheet 42A toward the first release sheet 41A.
